Quick Start

From zero to copying your first wallet in under 5 minutes.

Step 1 — Create an Account

Go to veltex.app/login and create a free account with your email and password. No wallet connection required at this stage.

Step 2 — Browse the Leaderboard

Once logged in, navigate to Wallets in the sidebar. You'll see a live-ranked list of top-performing Solana wallets sorted by 30-day PnL. You can filter by win rate, PnL, trade count, preferred tokens, and average trade size.

Step 3 — Start Tracking a Wallet

Click Track on any wallet to add it to your watchlist. You'll start receiving real-time alerts whenever that wallet makes a move. Tracking is read-only and does not require connecting your Phantom wallet.

Step 4 — Enable Copy Trading

Click Copy on a tracked wallet to enable copy-trading. You'll be prompted to connect Phantom, set your SOL allocation per trade, and optionally configure a stop-loss.

For Wallet Tracking

A Veltex account (email + password), a modern browser, and an internet connection. No wallet needed.

For Copy Trading

Phantom Wallet (browser extension or mobile app), SOL balance in your wallet (minimum 0.1 SOL recommended for gas), and a Veltex Pro account.

Calculation Method

Veltex uses FIFO (First In, First Out). Entry price is captured at copy-buy time. Exit price is the actual Jupiter swap price received at time of sell. USD values use CoinGecko price feeds at time of each transaction.

Payment in SOL

Veltex accepts payment exclusively in SOL — fully on-chain, no credit cards, no banks.

Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable. For activation issues, contact [email protected] with your transaction hash.

Non-Custodial Design

We never store your private key or seed phrase. We never hold your SOL or tokens. All transactions are signed in your local Phantom wallet. You can revoke Veltex access at any time from Phantom settings.

Common questions about Veltex.

Does Veltex hold my funds?

No. Veltex is non-custodial. Your SOL and tokens stay in your Phantom wallet. We only read wallet data and execute transactions you authorize.

What chain does Veltex support?

Solana Mainnet only. Multi-chain support (Ethereum, Base) is on the roadmap for Q3 2025.

How fast is copy execution?

Under 50ms from on-chain detection to submission. Actual confirmation depends on Solana network conditions (typically 400ms–1s).

Can I copy multiple wallets at once?

Yes. Pro accounts can run up to 10 simultaneous copy trades. Elite accounts have no limit.

What DEXes does Veltex use?

All copy trades execute via Jupiter v6, aggregating Raydium, Orca, Meteora, Phoenix, and all major Solana DEXes for best price.

Can I stop a copy trade at any time?

Yes. Pause or delete any copy trade from your dashboard instantly. Open positions remain in your wallet — Veltex just stops executing new trades.

Why SOL payments only?

Veltex is Solana-native. SOL payments keep things simple, fast, and consistent with our users' workflow — no banks, no intermediaries.

How long does plan activation take?

1–5 minutes after your SOL transaction confirms on-chain. If not upgraded after 10 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction hash.

Can I get a refund?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so payments are final. If you have a technical issue with plan activation, we'll resolve it promptly.
